Perla Solé Calas, Esq. is a seasoned real estate and corporate attorney with more than three decades of experience advising U.S. and Latin American clients on high-value hospitality, construction, and real estate transactions. As founding partner of Corvo & Calas and president of her boutique law firm, she has led complex, multimillion-dollar deals involving independent hotels, branded franchises, mixed-use projects, and commercial assets, with transactional values exceeding $170 million.

Perla’s practice spans the full asset lifecycle—from acquisition strategy and due diligence through land use, permitting, title, and closing—regularly operating in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border environments. Fluent in Spanish, she is a trusted advisor to Latin American investors, developers, and corporations navigating U.S. property, corporate, and regulatory frameworks, helping them manage language, legal, and market nuances with clarity and confidence.

In addition to her transactional work, Perla brings extensive litigation and courtroom experience, having participated in more than 100 jury trials and numerous bench proceedings. This dual perspective allows her to structure deals with a sharp eye on risk, dispute prevention, and long-term asset protection.

Perla is a frequent speaker and panelist on corporate, real estate, and cross-border investment topics, presenting at forums such as the National Congress of Fedelonjas in Colombia, the Red Point Real Estate Boot Camp in Peru, and programs for real estate brokerages, title companies, local bar associations, and community organizations focused on protecting seniors.

She is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and is recognized as a Civil Law Notary. Perla holds a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and a B.A. from Florida International University.
